Work begins in earnest...

After months of planning and discussion, we have decided to build the garden using almost entirely volunteer labour and keep our costs to a minimum. We are really grateful to our new Trustee, Gary Strickland, for the huge amount of time that he has spent organising, planning and - most of all - digging!

We are now starting to mark out the areas that will become the main seating space (above left) and the vegetable garden (above right). Ok, so, it might not look like much at the moment, but we're just getting started...
