Sources of practical support

A central part of our approach is creating access to simple, practical advice and sources of information on Parkinson’s, particularly for families.

The links below will take you to pages containing links to other organisations who are working to either  useful websites, our own simple guides to different aspects of Parkinson’s and a list of books which we think could be really useful when explaining the issues – particularly to children. We hope you find them useful, and please let us know if you find anything that we should add to our lists…

We are planning a series of own simple guides on all aspects of how Parkinson's affects families - and how family members can help each other - in the next couple of years. If you have experiences you think would provide positive support to people with Parkinson's - and are happy to share them, anonymously or otherwise, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch via our Contact page.
