Yesterday (Friday) l met with my Parkinson's nurse. We discussed a variety of topics including cognative function. Apparently my consultant wants to have a 'baseline' record of cognative function on everyone's file. So I wanted to share this video with you because its the exact same test that I completed.
Have you completed one or something similar? Its very easy to talk about/monitor our aches, pains and motor function. Thankfully now we can all log our cognative function and record that 'baseline' for future reference.
